BCF is celebrating our 1 year anniversary of our Newsletter. Thank you to our readers for your support on our newsletter in the last 12 months.

We have had so much fun with the community and to be able to share it with you… Here is to the next year…

Lets Blue Crane Funerals give recognition where recognition is due: We give recognition to the management and nursing staff of the Old Age Homes and Retirement Villages as well as organisations such as Hospice and Private Nursing Services within the Helderberg, for their unselfish services they provide to the residents and general public.

A high tea was arranged at BCF with amazing finger snacks, decorated tables. Musical entertainment was provided by Dr Jaco Steenkamp (piano) and his daughter Emma (violin). Each attendee also received a “goody bag”.

Once again, we thank the Retirement Homes, Nurses, and Carers for their love, kindness and dedication.

Gordons Bay Spur spoilt the residents of Silver Oaks on Mandela Day. The Spur was brought to the home and each resident received a burger and chips. Music was provided by BCF.

Staff of BCF were invited to attend the Soup and Sherry evening at Soeterus. Good food and refreshments were enjoyed by all.
